St. Mark School offers a hot lunch program for St. Mark students. St. Mark has contracted for this program with New Hanover County Schools. Lunches are prepared at Noble Middle School, and served at St. Mark School. The cost for each lunch is $2.85. This includes lunch and either milk (1%), chocolate milk (1%) or strawberry milk. Families can also purchase just a milk product for a cost of $.40.

Monthly menus are posted on St. Mark School's website, and also sent home. Children can order lunch or milk at school on a day-by-day basis.

Each parent who wants their children to participate in the Hot Lunch Program is required to provide a deposit of $50 per child. This deposit will be used to offset lunch fees as they are incurred. Please note that the deposit must be paid PRIOR TO the child participating in the Hot Lunch program.

When a child's remaining balance gets below $10, parents will be requested to increase their child's deposit back to $50. Checks should be sent to the school secretary, Mrs. Bell. Children may not be allowed to participate in the Hot Lunch Program if their balance gets to zero, as St. Mark does not have the capacity to invoice and collect outstanding debts.

St. Mark offers the ability to pay hot-lunch fees via credit card. There is a $3 convenience fee for each hot-lunch transaction. The credit card machine will be located at the School Receptionist's desk.

Any positive lunch balances that exist from last year will be rolled over to this year's child account. If the child is no longer enrolled at St. Mark, or will not participate in the Hot Lunch program this year, funds will be refunded.
