PHYSICAL EDUCATION
St. Mark Catholic School participates in the Presidential Fitness Test.
All students take weekly physical education classes that include the fundamentals of exercise,
basic and challenge skills.
Both elementary and middle school students engage in challenging games to utilize the skills learned. Classes are held in the parish hall and on the school soccer field and playground area.
We hold an annual Field Day that includes all grade levels.
Our Physical Education curriculum is based on ladder-style learning where the higher students climb, the more detailed their activity becomes.
